Opinion: Coping with stress

I’m a big fan of stress. I stress with almost every little thing that happened in my life, and it’s not healthy at all. I think I was almost break 10 times in my life, but surprisingly, I managed to overcome those hard times. The question is “HOW?”

The answer is “I don’t know!” that’s all for today. Thanks for reading!

Okay, just get back to the topic.

To be honest, I don’t think some tips suit everyone or a magic solution to stress problems. However, there are some of the things that you can do to kick those stress feelings out of your mind.

Be Free

Just try not to think about it. Be free from any stress, and figure it out later when you get yourself together. It sounds easy, but to make it happen, really hard. You have to practice this kind of solution. It can’t happen overnight.

I’m a master of this “Be Free” method. I have practiced since I was a kid every time I faced some difficult situation, I just forgot about them for a while and then the solutions will come up in my head. Anyway, This method is only effective when you can control the situation. If you can’t, this “let it go” solution won’t work, and it might cause you a bigger problem. Use it wisely!

Meditate

Sound cliché, but It works. Whenever the cloud of stress forms in your head, just find a quiet place to be with yourself by meditation or some sort of activity that allows you to be mindful. Sometimes when things are too hard that you can’t even carry them anymore, you have to let them go for a while. the same as Be free method, but meditation helps you to be freer than ever.

After you find time to be alone and quiet, your sight becomes clearer. Maybe you will figure out what to do to destroy those clouds of stress.

Walk

Another cliche, but effective. If you are stressed and can’t think of any solution. Just WALK! For me, as I wondering around, my mind is also wondering with me. Sometimes I figured the thing out the solution from walking around my neighborhood, and sometimes I just forgot about everything that bumped me by walking.

This method is very popular among famous inventors. They have the common traits of a walking lover. Steve Jobs talked business while walking, and Albert Einstein said that walking is sacred to him. So, stop worrying and take a little walk.

Face It

Obviously, sometimes you cannot avoid stressful situations, and all you can do is pack your thing and face it!

Everything going to be fine. It is true, but the path before you become “fine” is like an abyss. You don’t know what is inside, you don’t know what will happen. All you can do is just jump in it and find out.

I think that is how life works. You have to be stressed, fearful, and disappointed sometimes. You have to make bad decisions, you have to do something wrong at some point in your life. You can’t avoid as I said, so just go out and fight it.

And keep in mind that “everything is going to be fine”

No matter which method is the right one for you, I believe that you have to go for it sometime. Just be brave and fight with everything that comes your way.
